Curriculum
Your life, your work and your world changed. It’s time to rebuild.
Session 1: Meaningful Life Goals.
We begin by connecting with your ultimate meaning, looking inward to what you value the most.
What did you learn from 2020?
What are the right goals for you, and society, in 2021?
By the end of the session you’ll have a plan that you’ll adapt, iterate and refine over the course.
Session 2: Cultivate Your Mindset.
For change to embed long-term you need to develop personal practices. These practices will ensure you keep focussed on what is most meaningful in your life.
Introduction to different psycho-technologies.
Opportunity to experiment with your cohort.
At the end of 12 weeks you’ll have daily, weekly, and monthly rituals that will cement your change.
Session 3: Create Your Support Team.
Community is what we need in this time of isolation, and it’s what the world will need to flourish.
Learn techniques to develop authentic relationships.
Get accountability, support and inspiration.
Start transformative friendships that can last a lifetime.
Session 4: Growing into Psychological Maturity.
Thriving in uncertain times needs inner knowledge and personal transformation. This session will explore:
How do you need to grow?
What do you need to leave behind?
Take the next step on your pathway to wisdom.
Session 5: Serving Your Community
This isn’t only about you.
Any life well lived, and especially one in this moment, is about contributing to those around you.
Who are you serving?
How are you serving them?
You’ll leave with inspiring ways that you can give back to those around you.
Session 6: Meeting The Moment.
We are living through a time of polarisation, division and crisis - how are you answering the call?
What tools do you need to navigate the crisis?
How can you meet the moment?
At the end of the course you’ll have a plan that you’ve iterated and refined so that you can thrive in 2021, and beyond.
