We want to find 3 people to go on a 6-month quest across the UK to meet amazing people, create inspiring content and help start new communities.

What will you do for 6 months?
1. Visit Incredible People, Places and Projects.
For 6 months you’ll visit different where you can learn how to take care of yourself, and help foster new community.
2. Create Inspiring Content.
You’ll turn what you learn into content that communicates new ways for people to find wellbeing, create community and teaches people about Lifefulness (find out more below).
3. Kickstarting Communities.
In each town you visit you’ll help people join new community in general, and Lifefulness Communities in particular.
(Oh, and if you want more community where you live, get in touch. We’ll try to pop in.)
4. It’s an adventure, not a holiday.
You’ll get your salary and a small budget but after that you’ll be relying on camping, resourcefulness and the kindness of strangers.
We’ve already found some partners - the rest is up to you.
What’s Lifefulness?
Lifefulness adapts the techniques of congregations in a way that everyone can get involved. Think of it as a secular church with pops songs for hymns, inspiring talks for sermons, and mindfulness for prayer.

Influencer for Good - Job Description
You will be somebody who is equally passionate about all things social, digital & content as you are about wellbeing, personal growth and community. You will be super excited about taking photos, shooting videos, curating original and engaging content that inspires people to be the best versions of themselves.
The Lifefulness Project is dedicated to adapting the lessons and techniques of congregations and spiritual communities in a way that everyone can take part and we want to spread the word. Founded by multi-award winning social entrepreneur Sanderson Jones we were chosen as one of Facebook’s Top 100 Social Impact Communities in 2020.
You’ll need to be a social, sociable person who is ready to meet hundreds of people across the country as you visit wellbeing centres, community projects, sacred places and much else besides. And it will be just as important to get on with the two people on your team.

Experienced in creating content
We’re not expecting you to be an expert but you will be have to be very proficient in content creation.
There are two key elements to the role:
1. Creating Online Content:
You will create content that spreads the word about Lifefulness for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Twitter and more.
The content you create will range from memes to podcasts with subjects from mental health to social justice. You will learn how to create content, how to schedule content on social media, and how to analyse the data.
2. Building Community:
The social media content will lead to people joining the Lifefulness Community so that they can build connections locally. You will support the members of the Lifefulness Small Groups in getting the most of the community, and finding other members near them.
Goal:
Your work will lead to new communities forming across the UK that will enable people to find connection in our post-pandemic world.
Who are we looking for?
It’s the ideal role for people who are already creating content for their own channels, and want work that will develop their skills further.
The role will prepare you for media, TV, radio, digital marketing, community building, non-profits, the performing arts, academia and social change.
KickStart Scheme:
These jobs come through the government KickStart Scheme which means it is open to UK residents aged 18-24 who are on Universal Credit.
Pay
You will be paid 25 hours a week at the Living Wage.
Travel Budget
The three of you will share a £1500 budget for any travel that you can’t find for free.
Location:

You will need to write a covering letter, a CV, supply examples of your work and create a two minute video application.
About Us
The Lifefulness Project is a culture change and community building social enterprise, which helps to create high performing cultures in companies, and vibrant communities in neighbourhoods.
We do this in three ways:
Providing training, workshops and talks to companies about Lifefulness - and how it can create wellbeing, purpose and performance.
Through small groups that help people create relationships by holding each other to account and providing support.
By creating The Lifefulness Podcast - which interviews leading thinkers, artists and doers about key aspects of Lifefulness.
