Welcome.

We welcome everyone who is passionate about tackling the crisis in meaning and belonging.

We welcome people who see in this double-headed crisis, the seeds of possibility.

People who can sense the light longing to burst through the darkness (seriously, it’s there if you squint your soul hard enough).

We welcome anyone who wants to use Lifefulness to create soulful work cultures and caring local communities:

Organisations and companies who want to work with us, welcome!

Partners and practitioners who want to build the field of Lifefulness, welcome!

Allies ready to tackle the broken systems at the heart of the crisis in meaning and belonging, welcome!

Anyone who wants soulful community in their neighbourhood, welcome!

Welcome all.

We’re a new social enterprise (and we all know the importance of self-care) so we’ll put on our own oxygen-mask first.

We welcome supporters and future clients in all roles: HR, CEOs, Heads of Marketing, Business Development Gurus, Directors of Culture, new hires, and old hands too.

We welcome people who are passionate about: purpose, wellbeing, mental health, getting sh*t done, diversity, sustainability, inclusion, flow, meaning, belonging, soul and more.

We welcome: purpose driven companies, companies that want to be purpose-driven, and people who want their company to want to be purpose-driven.

We welcome: insurers, retailers, marketers, teachers, publishers, educators, non-profiteers (as in you work for a non-profit), healthcarers and many more besides.

We welcome humans of all races, ethnicities, genders, sexual orientations, physical abilities, neurodiversities, classes and the rest.

We welcome practitioners who like the sound of Lifefulness: coaches, facilitators, trainers, designers, meditators, vicars, community builders and curious souls.

We welcome partners in building this field: academics, policy-makers, activists, campaigners, funders.

We welcome unusual allies.

We do not welcome: people who take more than their fair of the crust from the top of mac and cheese. Sorry. That’s just not right. We all WANT to do it. We just don’t.

We could have saved a lot pixels by simply saying: we welcome all, who welcome all.

We welcome you all because we know The Lifefulness Project will not be able to do this on our own.

Love,

Sanderson and Team Lifefulness
